Meeting dates for 2011/2012 ~ note the time for evening meetings is 7 pm, and most meetings will be held at the Extension Office Annex unless otherwise listed.

19 September 2012 – Third Wednesday of the month. 7 pm at the Extension Office Annex.

17 October 2012 – OPTIONAL

28 November 2012 – Fourth Wednesday of the month. Same place, same time, different week because

                                 of  Thanksgiving Day.

December 2012 – NO MEETING

16 January 2013 – Third Wednesday of the month. Same place, same time.

20 February 2013 – OPTIONAL

20 March 2013 – Third Wednesday of the month. This meeting is sometimes moved.

17 April 201 – Third Wednesday of the month. Back at the Extension Office Annex.

27 April 2013 – This is the walk through at the Fairgrounds and will begin at 9 am. Very important for

                         you   all to be there. Dress appropriately.

May 4th and 5th are the dates for the Spring Garden Fair.

15 May 2013 – Third Wednesday of the month. 7 pm at the Extension Office Annex. This is the wrap-up

                        meeting for the fair.

Note: We will not have a meeting in October, December or February unless needed.
